Cabo Negro is one of Northern Morocco's most exclusive resort areas, enjoying a good choice of amenities, unspoilt beaches and at the moment, low property pricing. Cabo Negro is a lovely area, well maintained with sleepy streets, green and fertile gardens and one of the most spectacular beaches in the region boasting an expanse of clean white sand and crystalline water. A short drive north of Cabo Negro will take you to the Kabila and Marina Smir area, where the Alcudia Smir resort is currently being built and looks set to be a fantastic addition to the area.
Tetouan is situated about 60 km east of the city of Tangier and 40 km south of the Spanish of Ceuta and the Strait of Gibraltar. It is in the far north of the Rif Mountains To the south and west of the city there are mountains. Picturesquely situated on the northern slope of a fertile valley down which flows the Martil valley. Behind it rise rugged masses of rock, the southern wall of the Anjera country, and across the valley are the hills which form the northern limit of the Rif.
Tetouan has an airport, currently served by domestic flights from Casablanca and Marrakech with future plans to receive international flights. It is also possible to charter flights from Malaga to Tetouan. If you fancy experiencing the ferry crossing from Spain, this takes approximately 30 minutes and lands at Ceuta, where you will need to cross the border.
