Personalised Viewing Trips
We offer personalised inspection trips to all of our properties, organised by us to fit with your individual requirements.
Arrangements do vary from development to development, but generally, inspection visits are on a 2 night, 3 day basis. Please let us know which property or development you are interested in and we'll be happy to talk you through the specific arrangements for that particular viewing trip.
We will talk with you in detail about what it is you're looking for, then personalise your visit to include travel arrangements and flights, costings, itinerary and details of the properties that we will show you.
We find that working this way this helps our clients to get the most out of their trips and ensures that the visit is focused on the properties that directly match the criteria given.
On a La Luz Property Viewing Trip you can expect;
- We and our partners will work with you before, during and after your visit to find your ideal property - whether that is for a holiday home, an investment purchase or a combination of the two
- Upon your arrival, our representative will meet you at the airport and take you to your accommodation
- You will have the opportunity to visit properties that match your criteria and within your budget. We will also include an introduction and orientation to the local area
- If required, meetings with banks, lawyers and accountants can be included in your itinerary
- At the end of your visit, we will return you to the airport for your flight home
Costs
Again, there are different arrangements in place for different projects. We will give you full details of what costs are involved for your chosen trip.
We will offer a refund towards the cost of your viewing trip should you go ahead and purchase a property through La Luz Property.
